Why we exist
Make software ten times more impactful in the lives of everyday users.
Not ten percent better for specialists. Ten times more useful for the person who never asked to become one — the one who currently works around the software rather than with it.
Where we are going
To be the leading force in positive AI contributions to the community.
Leading not by size, but by what we put back. The work that matters is the work other people can build on, argue with, and use.
What we do
Re-imagine software using AI — a suite of agents acting as technology partners, driving 10x productivity.
A partner takes on the job, not the keystroke. Each product in the suite owns a real workflow end to end and is built so a person can still check its work.
Values
Six words we are willing to be held to.
Depth over demo. We would rather understand the system than skin it.
The first answer is rarely the good one. We go looking for the second.
Shipping is how we find out we were wrong, so we ship early and often.
Hard problems take longer. They do not take a different team.
New where it changes the outcome. Boring everywhere it does not.
Measured in what changed for the user, not in what we released.
